The Swedish Companies Registration Office has granted investment company Flerie permission to complete the merger with Biosergen. The merger is expected to be registered on October 23, 2026, after which Biosergen will be dissolved and its assets and liabilities transferred to Flerie.
The last trading day for Biosergen’s share on Nasdaq First North Growth Market is expected to be October 22.
