Finnish asset manager Mandatum has completed the acquisition of 78.4 percent of the shares in Cliens Holding, the parent company of Swedish asset manager Cliens Kapitalförvaltning.
The transaction was announced on 13 August and has now received all necessary regulatory approvals.
The acquisition is intended to strengthen Mandatum’s position in the Swedish asset management market and accelerate international growth in the capital-light business.
