On 14 October, Sara Kersby Mindus bought 25,000 shares in
Avarda Bank, where she is a board member, through the company Duco Förvaltning. The shares were bought at a price of SEK 205.30 per share, a transaction worth SEK 5.1 million. The transaction was made on Nasdaq Stockholm. This is shown by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority’s insider register.
Kersby Mindus subsequently owns 150,000 shares in Avarda, according to the Holdings ownership service.
