Specialist mortgage bank Enity has appointed the nomination committee ahead of the 2027 Annual General Meeting.
Peter Lundkvist of the Third Swedish National Pension Fund is taking over as chair from Vesa Koskinen of EQT, who is not part of this year’s nomination committee.
Jonas Eixmann of the Second Swedish National Pension Fund joins as a new member, while Carl Rydin and Jayne Almond remain. The Annual General Meeting will be held on 11 May 2027.
