CodeLab Capital confirms that Norwegian occupational health company BHT Sørvest Norge is one of the two previously announced acquisition targets.
The owners have unanimously approved a takeover through the subsidiary Agil Helse.
BHT Sørvest Norge had revenue of NOK 15.3 million in 2025, with EBITDA of zero. The transaction will be completed without cash or share consideration.
