The Norwegian-Cypriot shipping billionaire John Fredriksen has increased his stake and now controls just over 25 percent of the shares in property company Fabege, according to a flagging notification.
C.K. Limited has disclosed a holding of 25.11 percent of the capital and votes in Fabege. C.K. Limited is a family trust established by John Fredriksen for the benefit of his immediate family, including his twin daughters Kathrine and Cecilie. The holding is divided between Norwegian Property and Geveran Trading.
