Investment company Navigo Invest has appointed the nomination committee ahead of the 2027 Annual General Meeting, according to a press release.
The nomination committee consists of Tom Olander, appointed by Jool Invest, Håkan Johansson, appointed by Kattson i Sverige, Henrik Ekstrand, appointed by a group of owners consisting of, among others, Profun Förvaltning and Atenga, and Chairman of the Board Kenth-Åke Jönsson.
Henrik Ekstrand has been appointed chairman of the nomination committee.
The composition of the nomination committee is the same as last year.
The shareholders who appointed the members together represented approximately 56.5 percent of the votes in the company as of 31 August 2026. The nomination committee will, among other things, prepare proposals for the board of directors, directors’ fees and auditor ahead of the Annual General Meeting.
