Netlist and Micron have entered into a patent licensing and settlement agreement that ends all ongoing legal proceedings between the companies.
Micron receives a five-year license to Netlist’s patent portfolio, including technology for server DIMMs and High Bandwidth Memory.
Micron will pay USD 30 million per quarter from the fourth quarter of 2026 through the third quarter of 2031, a total of USD 600 million.
