Bain Capital and Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund GIC are exploring an IPO or sale of Japanese HR software company WHI Holdings at a valuation of at least 500 billion yen, equivalent to 3.2 billion dollars, according to Reuters sources.
A listing in Japan is one option.
The process is at an early stage and the owners may also choose to retain the company.
