German wind power company Nordex has received several orders for a total of 35 wind turbines with a total capacity of around 228 MW. The orders concern projects in southern, central and eastern Europe and were received at the end of September, the company writes in a press release.
The agreements also include servicing of the turbines for up to 25 years. The customers and projects are not disclosed. No financial details are provided.
The orders cover the N175/6.X, N163/6.X and N149/4.X models. Some turbines will be equipped for cold climates and with Nordex systems to prevent ice formation.
