Finnish chemicals company Kemira has completed the acquisition of German SIDRA Wasserchemie following approval from the German competition authority.
The company, which manufactures coagulants for municipal and industrial water treatment, had revenue of approximately EUR 40 million and EBITDA of approximately EUR 12 million in 2025. Around 60 employees are joining Kemira.
The acquisition strengthens Kemira’s Water Solutions business in Western and Central Europe.
