D-shareholders representing around 22 million shares have contacted PAM Capital’s head of fixed income, Magnus Rosén, ahead of the vote on SBB’s proposed redemption at SEK 7.94.
PAM Capital wants to see higher compensation and, alternatively, a voluntary redemption.
“Primarily, the consideration in a buyback should be significantly higher and reflect the accumulated coupon; secondarily, the redemption should be voluntary,” Rosén tells EFN.
