Euronext Oslo Børs has decided to admit Volare Shipping to trading on Euronext Growth Oslo. The company is exempt from the requirement to provide two years of financial reports because it was established on 4 February. The listing requirements must be fulfilled before trading begins.
The CEO of Oslo Børs will determine the first day of trading, no later than 28 December.
Volare Shipping was established and is majority-owned by commodities trading giant Trafigura.
