Newly appointed Apple CEO John Ternus is planning changes to increase the pace of product development, broaden the product range and create a more engineering-driven organisation. Bloomberg News reports, citing sources.
The plans include more product launches spread throughout the year, fewer middle managers and a greater appetite for experimentation to strengthen competitiveness in artificial intelligence.
Apple is also working on cost savings and new sources of revenue as growth in its services business slows, the sources say.
