Kona BidCo bought 177 shares in Zalaris on September 29 for NOK 100 per share.
Following the purchase, Kona BidCo owns 19,413,884 shares, corresponding to approximately 87.71 percent of the capital and votes, or 88.94 percent adjusted for Zalaris’s treasury shares. Kona BidCo is a related party of board chairman Fredrik Gyllenhammar Raaum.
