Rite LS SPV, related to board members Christoffer Häggblom and Michael Richter, purchased 563,578 shares in the Finnish business software company Lemonsoft on 25 September.
The price was 4.53 euros per share, corresponding to a total value of approximately 2.6 million euros.
The transaction was carried out on First North Growth Market Finland.
