The industrial conglomerate Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire all shares in the Italian company Micronova. The acquisition develops and manufactures customized circuit boards and touchscreens that are sold to OEM manufacturers in various industries, according to a press release.
Micronova had sales of EUR 35.1 million in 2025. The company is based in Vigonza, Padova, Italy, and has 49 employees. Consolidation is expected to take place in the fourth quarter of 2026.
The acquisition will not have a material effect on Lifco’s earnings and financial position in 2026.
