Housing developer Besqab is starting construction of the Haga Heights residential project with 107 condominiums in Hagastaden, Stockholm.
Sales are ongoing and occupancy is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2028. The property will be taken over during the fourth quarter of this year.
The project will be certified according to Miljöbyggnad Silver, and TL Bygg has been appointed as the general contractor.
