Malene Manheim bought 310,000 shares in the shipping company Viking Supply Ships on 25 September, where she is a related party of chairman Bengt Arve Rem. The shares were purchased at a price of SEK 175 per share, a transaction worth SEK 54.25 million. The transaction was carried out outside a trading venue. This is according to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority’s insider register.
Finwire reported on the large block, corresponding to 2.4 percent of the company’s capital, when it was brokered earlier today.
The brokered block corresponds to the estate of the late Lennart Hero’s holding as of 27 August, according to Holdings’ ownership data.
