Measurement technology company Vaisala’s Board of Directors has decided to convert 40,000 K shares into A shares. The conversion was registered in the Trade Register on 25 September. Following the change, Vaisala has 36,436,728 shares, of which 3,051,928 are K shares and 33,384,800 are A shares.
The total number of votes amounts to 94,423,360. The company holds 153,420 treasury A shares, corresponding to 0.42 percent of all shares.
