The shares were purchased at a price of SEK 566.20 per share, a transaction worth SEK 283,100. The transaction was carried out on Nasdaq Stockholm. This is shown by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority’s insider register.
De Margerie previously owned no shares in Boliden, according to the ownership service Holdings. She has been a board member since 2025.
